n   ¡@After Typhoon NURI (2008/8/19~2008/8/21)¡Athe max significant wave height was observed by data buoys at sooth-west coast of Taiwan. The significant wave height and mean period were¡GWRA Chiku buoy (9.45m¡B12.1sec) ¡AWRA Eluanbi buoy (5.89m¡B10.0sec)¡FCWB Dapeng Bay buoy (5.36m¡B9.9sec) ¡ACWB Siao Liouciou buoy (7.40m¡B9.9sec).¡]August 2008¡^

n   ¡@During Typhoon FUNG-WONG (2008/7/26~2008/7/29)¡Athe max significant wave height was 9.58m, which was observed by CWB¡¦s Hualien data buoy. The max wind gust was 48.4 m/sec (15F) and the minimum pressure was 960.9 hPa, which were observed by WRA¡¦s Shihti station. (July 2008)

n   ¡@During Typhoon KROSA(2007/10/14~2007/10/17) , the max significant wave was 23.67m, which was observed by WRA¡¦s Gueishandao data buoy. The max wind gust was 33.3 m/sec (12F) , which was observed by WRA¡¦s Gueishandao data buoy. (September 2007)

n   ¡@During Typhoon WIPHA(2007/9/17~2007/9/19) , the max significant wave was 3.93m, which was observed by WRA¡¦s Su-ao data buoy. The max wind gust was 21.2 m/sec (9F) , which was observed by WRA¡¦s Yong-an station. (September 2007)

n   ¡@During Typhoon SEPAT(2007/8/16~2007/8/19)¡Athe max wind gust was  44.2 m/sec (14F) , which was observed by WRA¡¦s Shihti station. The max significant wave was 9.37m, which was observed by CWB¡¦s Hualien data buoy. (August 2007)

n   ¡@The International Course ¡§Coastal Protection¡¨ funded by DAAD, Germany will be held from Sep. 17 to Oct. 12, 2007 in National Cheng Kung University. See the detail.

n   ¡@During Typhoon PABUK(2007/8/6~2007/8/8) And WUTIP(2007/8/8~2007/8/9) , the max wind gust was  28.2 m/sec, which was observed by WRA¡¦s Erluanbi data buoy. The max significant wave was 436cm, which was observed by MOTC¡¦s Gueishandao data buoy. (August 2007)
